additional tips to avoid lag
There are some settings that you can change on your operation system
to keep your computer a bit faster that may or may not affect
your game performance
1 - go to pc properties
Select Advanced System Settings
2 - Go to (Performance) Settings
3 - Select Custom | Disable and enable the following options
4 - Go to control panel and select System and security
5 - select power options
6 - Select Create a power plan
7 - Select High Performance
(Plan name : choose any name you like)
(If you notice any lag please return to the previous mode which is normal mode this settings may not be suitable with all computers)
another method to increase your FPS either in MTA SA or on any other game if you're facing lag all the times

1) open command prompt (cmd.exe) > rightclick "Run as Administrator" or it won't work
2) enter this: bcdedit /set useplatformclock false
3) reboot PC

It's 1 of the few tweaks that actually work for most people.. cut out the reason behind it (you can look it up of course), and just try it to have a smoother game.
